I can highly recommend Pat and his team at Concept Plumbing. Pat oversaw the refurbishment of our upstairs bathroom from start to finish. the whole project was carried out with minimum disruption to us, with Graham and Will doing a fantastic job for us. Very happy with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Am very pleased having changed from using one of the well known utility companies for boiler servicing to Concept. Much more knowledgeable and thorough and automatically cleaned the system filter which for some reason my previous provider was reluctant to do. Much better value for money too! Will certainly use in the future for servicing and other work.

My boiler needed a new pump and Concept were quick to visit, assess and fix. Pat kept me up date with progress and Dan was a friendly, helpful, tidy and knowledgable engineer. I will definitely turn to Concept - great to have a reliable trustworthy service.

Communication was excellent, the engineers arrived on time and were respectful of our house. One of them even remembered that we have indoor cats and that they need to careful with doors. It was great to see an apprentice being patiently and expertly tutored in their new trade. Very impressed.

Recommend by my normal engineer who was unable to do the work, the whole process from booking to receiving the invoice was very efficient and professional. The engineer turned up on time, carried out the work very thoroughly and it was all done at a very reasonable cost.
