Adam visited my home to give me some very useful advice after a plumbing emergency. Joe and Adam later completed several bits of work, advising me of the best options. The work was completed to a high standard and I'd have no hesitation in using them again. Bev as well was very helpful throughout.

Adam & Joe suggested an alternative cheaper option of a purpose built dog shower rather than the shower enclosure we had asked for & they were spot on. No more carrying a muddy cocker up the stairs to have the bathroom walls spattered. Job left clean & tidy and is used most days. Would highly recommend Platinum for your plumbing needs.

We had boiler issues over Christmas and despite their family being on a Christmas break, they went out of their way to come and fit a new boiler for us. They offered options, helping us pick a good deal to suit our budget.
