Excellent service both by Julie and Andrew - open and honest went above and beyond

I contacted J&G Drains in relation to our Flooded Yard. Within in a couple of hours 2 guys were on site despite the Company being obviously very busy considering the exceptional amount of rain we'd just had. There is issues with our soakaway, they offered temporary fixes & advice on long term fixes. I would definitely recommend J&G.

From Cheryl answering the phone to our drains being unblocked it was a seamless and quick transaction. Andrew and Richard turned up within an hour and had the drain unblocked quickly and successfully. They were very knowledgeable and shared some great advice going forward regarding the maintenance of the drain. Whilst I hope not to use again (!) I will definitely call on J&G due to the whole turnkey customer experience received today.

Slow draining toilet and bath. Let down by another company so called these guys. They were out within an hour. Rates extremely competitive. Problem identified to roots growing in the sewage pipe and quickly cleared and the backlog cleared. They would be 5* other than the fact they only take cash or cheque and I was unable to pay using debit card so had to nip down the shop to get some cash out. Otherwise it was a brilliant service and I would recommend to anyone. They don't rip you off which is my primary concern when using a trade I don't know.
