Used them recently for a gas safety check. Communication was brilliant and very easy. Plumber came around very promptly and friendly as always!

Tidal Plumbing and Heating were recommended and I understand why. Very knowledgeable and helpful when I phoned with a query. They were able to schedule a visit quickly. Lee was prompt and very professional with his work. Would highly recommend.

Cannot fault the service from Tidal Heating. We had no heating or hot water & they came out straight away, even though they were fully booked. Lee fixed the problem straight away. Maxine & all of the other staff are a pleasure to speak to. Cannot recommend enough.

Great service and very helpful installed a gas cooker and gave us some great advice will be using again.

Had a possible boiler leak so gave a call - caught him at a lucky time and he popped straight round to have a look and give us peace of mind! Will definitely be getting him back to give the boiler a full service! Very grateful
