Kevin provided a superb service. Came out on a Sunday to fix a leaking toilet, and was here within 30 minutes of calling, couldn't ask for more. He needed parts and went off to source them and then fitted them and left everything like he hadn't been here. Also a reasonable fee, especially given an out of hours call out. I can't recommend All Plumbing Services Ltd Newbury more highly. They installed a very efficient new boiler and water tank for our 7 bedroom house with absolutely no hiccups. It was a big job and one that potentially could have had many issues. They were clean, tidy and incredibly professional. They also liaised with the company that installed the new oil tank to ensure that all of the key requirements were aligned with this part of the project. An absolute pleasure to have them in our home. The difference with All Plumbing Services in comparison to other plumbing services is that they are supported by an incredibly efficient team in the office that expertly field all calls that come in and deal with each one in a superbly professional manner. Excellent service from APS Ltd. Clear communication from the offset and nice to speak to human beings rather than queue to speak to a chatbot. Our installer, Daniel, did an excellent job and explained everything in a straightforward manner and cleaned up after himself. My first time using All Plumbing Services and i was impressed from start to finish. Tanya responded almost instantly to my enquiry and organised for my new electric shower to be installed the following week. Steve came to do the work and he has done an excellent job, he's also taken away the old shower, the packaging from the new shower and left the bathroom spotless. A great service all round!

Such a great service! I had a gas pipe moved to accommodate an oven. I submitted a form online for a callback which was swift. The quotation was quick and accurate. The price was reasonable at around £115. Two people carried out the work respectfully and expertly. The invoice was shared shortly after and payment was easy.
