I first met Ben of Pamber Plumbers in 2008 when I moved into the area. SInce then he has done a variety of small and big jobs for me, including installing a new boiler and fixing a leak. All work done to the highest professional standards at a reasonable price, with really good administrative back up from Niki. Particularly like being able to drop off my spare key so that Ben can let himself in while I'm at work, able to trust his integrity 100%. Highly recommended.

A couple of week's ago, I had a problem with my central heating system and not much heat coming through the radiators. Ben came at a convenient time and fixed the problem explaining everything. He also balanced the radiators and now the whole house is warm and toastie. Ben is a very polite and extremely professional individual and Niki has been very helpful during the whole communication process in organising the dates for the work to be carried out.
