Very good communications amongst me, the office manager and the person ordering the materials and doing the work. I needed advice on the best domestic twin (hot and cold) water pump replacement and also some tech help with vibration and noise. All the team were very responsive, helpful and the job was done quickly with excellent quality and the site left clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

As previously used, BPH in the guise of Ryan their electrician quickly & very efficiently carried out the work setting up a Blink video doorbell & camera that ensures the increased safety of all our family even though he had only done so for the Ring equivalent before . Sam from Bracknell plumbing & heating came to do our recent boiler service along with installing a new Aqualisa shower, removal of an old electric shower and re-tilng. Whilst Steve attended to a new electric fan installation and other electrical works. Both were very friendly, knowledgeable, quick and efficient and did a great job.
