Great service from Dexter , supplied and fitted a new boiler as our old one stopped working ,very efficient, punctual , knowledgeable and polite. Can’t thank him enough and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Dexter is first class. Had a problem with a air source boiler, which a lot of plumbers wouldnt touch, but he came, sorted what he could, learnt about and then sorted the bits he didnt know about. Very diligent, tidy, friendly & knowledgeable. Will definitely use again.

Dave has carried out a lot of work at our house, including replacing and re-locating a gas boiler, removing radiators and installing pipework for a kitchen renovation as well as installing an outside tap and carrying out a boiler service. Concept Heat sorted out our smelly drains. The boys were on time, cleaned up after themselves and made sure that I was happy with everything before leaving. 100% recommend. Very reasonably priced as well!

I've used Jim's company a couple of times and both times they've been excellent. My most recent cause to get in touch with Jim last Sunday evening at 22.00, was when a central heating expansion vessel dropped off the wall, twisting the copper pipes on its way. I contacted Jim that evening and he came back to me within minutes, moving other jobs the next day to accommodate my request. Two of his guys turned up at the time he said they would and resolved the problem within a couple of hours, making good and cleaning up after themselves. Good rates. From my experience (I'm a landlord as well as FTE), decent tradesmen are hard to find, but SHAPE get a 10/10 from me.

My Bosch boiler was installed successfully by Shape Contractors two years ago, with the minimum of disruption. It is now serviced annually, most recently last week. Jim arrived punctually, as usual, and charged a fair price. I can definitely recommend this company.

Shape Contractor fixed a leak in my bathroom that seems to have been a long standing problem (I moved in 3 months ago). The two plumbers that came out we're polite and got straight to the job at hand. It did take three visits but they worked systematically to rule out one problem after another. Each visit was followed by excellent notes detailing the problem and the work done. Will use them again.

Kevin provided a superb service. Came out on a Sunday to fix a leaking toilet, and was here within 30 minutes of calling, couldn't ask for more. He needed parts and went off to source them and then fitted them and left everything like he hadn't been here. Also a reasonable fee, especially given an out of hours call out. Would highly recommend.

He is a really approachable and down to earth guy, I don’t know anything about plumbing and he explained and broke things down so I understood, told me the best way to go about things as we were upgrading our shower and sink taps and he gave me a quote on the spot for labour.
