Good price, but the plumber rounded up extra half hour and a bit unprofessional, it’s less than an hour job, and my husband was helping him but when the time he finished his job, he went back to the van and pretending to got the quote which took him extra 10 mins, he came back just 2 mins excess a hour, eventually he added as an extra half hour for that, we said it’s within a hour(besides he wasn’t here all the hour), he argued saying it’s company policy, surprisingly unprofessional and a bit dishonest. Edit: I appreciate that the company quickly got back to us and offered to refund the extra half hour. While the individual plumber was still not professional (he even asked us to use an extension lead to connect the dishwasher which is dangerous) the staff who got in touch with us was kind and professional

Jay, the engineer from the plumbing company, installed a new immersion heater to our hot water cylinder, providing exceptional service at a great price. We were so impressed with 777Plumber. The person who took our initial call was Lianne and she was a big part of why we chose to go with this company and not one of several others we had called. Not only did she call us back immediately, she was also knowledgeable, reassuring and clear about everything. It was an emergency - a water leak through the ceiling at 9am on a Saturday morning - and she told us a plumber would be with us within the hour and he was. Mike arrived, smiling, polite and considerate, wearing the company’s uniform, and got straight to work. He identified the issue with the leak from our immersion heater right away and assured us he’d fix it within the hour’s call out fee - and he did. No mess, a full, clear explanation, suggestions for how to check the issue won’t recur, friendly chat about the work as well as a bit of good humour, he was absolutely lovely, clearly experienced and very good at his job. We will 100% use 777Plumber again (and will ask for Mike) - for both plumbing and electrical work, both in an emergency and for regular jobs. Thank you so much, Lianne and Mike.
