*****service, highly recommended - No hot water or heating so I called Gibson who sent 2 engineers before 4pm on the same day. Lewis and Paul quickly identified the problem and managed to get my boiler working until they could obtain and fit the relevant parts (electrodes) the following day. Price was more than reasonable and both engineers were very polite, friendly and helpful.

From the outset this was really good: getting the quote was simple, as was agreeing it via the website. The engineer [Lewis] appeared on time and was quick to diagnose the problem and offer a couple of solutions. Having agreed the course of action, the work was completed worth no mess, noise or fuss.
