Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

Communication throughout the whole process is always clear and consice; from providing an accurate arrival time, to answering questions whilst on site, and clearly detailing what work is being carried out. Workspace is always left clean and tidy and a post work summary provided. It's really refreshing to deal with genuinely good trade people like Mike and his team!

They are an honest hard-working family business. When we had problems with our newly installed electric boiler due to a manufacturing error, mellor pulled out all the stops to make sure they did whatever they could to help us out in a very difficult situation. Rest assured whatever job you get done by them big or small the job will be done to the best standard possible in the end and they did not ask us to pay the installation fee until we had a working boiler! We contacted the company on Monday, and by Wednesday we had a new boiler. Excellent, efficient and value for money service. All staff were polite and did exactly what they said they would do, all turning up at the promised time. Office staff are very helpful and efficient.

Had an excellent experience with the guys at Manchester Plumbing Haroon, Hamza and Billy were all extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my needs and supplied me with everything you can see (except the tiles). A stunning shower cubicle, sink and unit Turkish toilet, all the fixtures etc. This was the second time I used them and will always be my go to for bathroom supplies. Would highly recommended

I purchased all 3 of my bathrooms from manchester Plumbing supplies the team were very friendly and went out of their way to provide me with the bespoke bathrooms I desired. Also the team personally sorted out and changed products that were not the correct measurements (due to my sizing changes). They were abundantly patient and super helpful in changing them and getting me the right replacement product. They always have a warm and welcoming atmosphere and customer service is more then 5*. I'm very pleased that I had purchased from there and I have also recommended them to many friends and families.

I contacted B & S Plumbing and Heating for a emergency gas leak at an elderly relatives house. The gas main had been isolated. So I contacted them about 11:00 am and they arrived within 4 hours and resolved the problem. Well done B & S I would certainly recommend them.

He managed to diagnose the issue from a video I had sent him prior to him coming out which made for a speedy service and I knew a rough cost for the work before he even arrived. Very happy with the service. Had a plumbing problem on Sunday that needed immediate attention. It was only a matter of hours from my initial call to when a plumber arrived. He was fully prepared, having asked a few pertinent questions before arriving, and resolved the problem immediately. Really good communication from start to finish.
