Mo carried out a boiler repair for my father. He was very pleasant and took extra care in helping my elderly father. Mo even remediated the issue with the correct parts, which the insurance supplied engineer stated that it was not possible to be repaired! This demonstrated Mo’s experience and knowledge to remediate an issue which others wrote off. Very happy with the service received from Mo and the cost charged was reasonable. Highly recommended.

Mo really gives his 100% to make sure he is giving the best of his services, In the last cold snap, our boiler stopped working and everyone else said replace the boiler and that was pricey, Mo did an excellent job with it, explaining all the issues and fixing my boiler at 1/5 of the price with all the guaranteed work.. it has been running for over a month now - No problem at all and I can now replace it at my convenience. Mo serviced our boiler and re routed some gas pipes for us. The work he carried out was really good quality and he himself was a lovely guy. Would thoroughly recommend him to anyone and would happily use him again for any future work.

Highly recommend. Mo installed a new boiler and smart thermostat in our home, after our original boiler had begun failing. Mo was able to turnaround quotes and start work quickly, given the need for having a working boiler up and running. Mo was professional, efficient, and took care in the work carried out. Initially contacted this company on recommendation from a friend and couldn't be more pleased with the service and standard of work - replacing 5 radiators and servicing the boiler. Dealt with the owner, Aaron, who was so helpful - arrived when he said he would, quoted and booked the work in swiftly when I gave him the job. Price brilliant too! Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic work as usual. I’ve had a new 6’ cast iron radiator put in today. Matt recommended one that would look good and easily heat the room. Lovely job! He knew it would look great even when I wasn’t sure; but I trusted him implicitly. He really knows his trade, works hard and is polite and friendly. Forgot to leave a review a couple of months ago but I’ve used Bilal a few times for emergency leaks. He is super fast, kind and professional and sorted the issue straight away. Pricing is also more than reasonable 😊 Update, just used Bilal for a third time to move and install new radiators. Excellent service as always, fit me in really quickly and is the best priced!
