Orion Plumbing and Heating richly deserve the praise they have received in these reviews. James, Paul and rest of the team are very skilled and knowledgeable and have an admirable 'can-do' attitude. The quality of their work is excellent and they are happy to explain the rationale behind decisions they make. On top of that they are amazingly tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend them and look forward to using their services again.

It’s been a real pleasure having the Orion Plumbing gang here installing 2 types of Polypipe underfloor heating systems in our extension. We first used the guys for combi boiler install and disposal of the old system. Since then James, Paul and the team have been back to replace/fit taps and radiators as well. They are even fitting a water softener unit as the final piece of our build. Couldn’t ask for better plumbers.

When I first moved to Ramsgate I had a lot of work done on the house I purchased. Not knowing the area, finding good, reliable trades people was a problem. Overall I was quite lucky, but with plumbers I wasn't so lucky. A little while ago, because of some of the poor plumbing work I had done originally, I needed some repair work on my new boiler and radiator system. Through recommendation, I contacted Orion who responded quickly (first star). They were at my home in no time (second star) and were able to resolve the problem I had immediately, as well as suggesting two additional improvements to the system I had had installed (third star). When I received the bill I was pleasantly surprised (fourth star). More recently I had a problem with a leaking toilet, again because of poor original plumbing, and again, Orion came to the rescue. Quickly and efficiently (fifth star). I would thoroughly recommend James and Paul (Orion Plumbing and Heating) – they're true professionals (a dying breed!) and top blokes too boot!

Team Orion. Literally bumped into these lads as they arrived on another job one morning. I'd had a radiator fall off the wall when the stud fitting pulled out and all was a bit of a panic and coykdnt find an available plumber. They finished their other job and came over, sorted the issue and put the rad back on the wall, sorting the pipework in the process. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable. Couldnt ask much more. Thanks chaps. Much appreciated. Will be using again.
