We were looking for a reliable plumber in Herne Bay who actually turns up when they say they will and we found them in Gulvins Heating. From booking the initial appointment, to a text alert on the day advising that the engineer was on his way and Ashley arriving on time the process was seamless. He serviced our boiler, checked everything was working and showed me photos of what he had done when the service was complete. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gulvins to anyone needed a reliable plumber.

A fantastic experience using Gulvins. Ashley responded quickly, visited and assessed the heating problem the same day. The issue was explained to me and parts ordered. His engineer arrived promptly the next day and fixed the issue. The engineer waited whole the system ran to ensure the problem was fixed. I was v relieved and v happy. The company also did a follow up call to ensure that I was satisfied. Outstanding service.
