The fitter was very good even rang to say stuck in traffic after collecting all the parts and boiler to do the job. He kept the area were he was working very clean and tidy and removed all the packageing and the old boiler when he left after explaining how to use the new boiler.I would recommened iheat to anyone who needs a new boiler.

Great Service. Good Communication Took the trouble to find an LPG installer from out of area to fulfil their installation date. Installer was first rate and stayed late to sort a small issue despite it being his birthday. 5 star all round

We had our new boiler fitted today, the whole process from the first call to the installation was so straight forward. The office staff were all really helpful and efficient, we dealt with Holly who couldn’t have been more helpful. The installation was great too. The engineer (Stuart) turned up within the timeframe allocated, he was polite, professional and respectful. It was such a big job and he just got on with it, no trouble at all. Cleaned up after himself too. Great workmanship. Great service all round.
