The service visit was carried out within a few days with a further visit to renew a component , the engineer was friendly , efficient and helpful . The follow up invoice was detailed and professional . A good experience .
I had a problem with my boiler [ heating ok but no hot water ]. Within about 1 and a half hours of phoning Haigh and son, the engineer came and fixed the problem.May I also say that the lady who answers the phone has a terrific manner and is extremely helpful.
Top company to deal with, always professional and do a great job. Communication from Katie who deals with all bookings also top notch.
The guys came on time,explained what they were going to do,did it with minimum fuss,tidied up afterwards. Job well done ,as usual.
