Our boiler failed the same day the snow hit, leaving us with no heating or hot water. Scott came at short notice and managed to isolate and fix the problem quickly and professionally. I would highly recommended him to anyone who needs any work doing. My family have contacts for every trade you can think of, except a plumber and now we finally have a good one!

Fantastic experience, my boiler stopped working and was coming up with an error. Rang 24 Seven at 7pm and had my boiler fixed by lunchtime next day. Great service. I would recommend Scott his willingness to help and his responsiness when out boiler died was brilliant. From coming out on a callout on the Saturday to managing his work load to install a new boiler by end of day Monday in freezing conditions with 6 inches of snow on the ground speaks volumes about his customer care. The quality of the work is A1 with a fair price.
