I was warned finding reliable tradesmen would be my biggest problem moving back to the UK. And that has largely been the case. However, Freeflo has been a breath of fresh air. Marvin is an excellent communicator and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He’s fast to respond, explains things clearly and has gone above and beyond to help with multiple issues I’ve had with my new house. The guys came to look at a faulty thermostat and tried a quick fix by cleaning it out, as it had been corroded by damp following a leak. When that didn't work, they speedily found a replacement on the Internet (that particular model being discontinued) and returned to install it with no additional call-out fee. Very efficient and helpful service.

They carry out annual safety checks for us, they have replaced boilers for us and have often gone to the rescue of our tenants when they have a boiler breakdown.
