We were having trouble with the thermostat on our underfloor heating. I called Alert Plumbing as they had come highly recommended by colleague and they called me straight back on a video call so they could guide me through a couple of things and have a look at issue. This saved the need of an unnecessary and expensive call out should there be a quick fix. Impressive!
