John arrived at my home to find person anxious female senior citizen .water had seeped through kitchen ceiling and around electric light fitting. He put me at ease and started work checking upstairs bathroom.The floor was saturated he lifted floor only to find mould growth and also puddles.of water. What a nightmare!
