The lads that was who attended my elderly parents' home was not only professional, efficient, and tidy, but they were also incredibly polite and respectful throughout their visit. Given that my parents are dealing with dementia, it was crucial to us that they felt comfortable. The lads took time to explain what they were doing in a simple and non-intimidating manner.
