Joseph is reliable and always arrives at the time booked in . He is very professional and knowledgeable, he is happy to answer any questions I have and explains anything that I may need to know. Joseph of JP Plumbing and Heating Ltd installed my boiler 3 years ago and has attended to servicing ever since. The process of installation was efficient and tidy, and the boiler works well. Neil came very highly recommended from a family member. He was fantastic to deal with, timely, professional and extremely hard working. We were having new radiator pipes put in and new radiators. Job was quite tricky and specific as we wanted to hide new pipes behind a rebated skirting. Neill had plenty of patience with this and was able to figure it out without a problem.

I had an excellent experience with A&E plumbing&Gas 24/7 when they came to fix my shower heating knob. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. He is prompt, professional, and very thorough in diagnosing the issue. The plumber gone out of his way to source a new shower fitting and solutions. The repair was completed quickly, and the shower is now working perfectly. I really appreciated the fact that they took extra care at the job. Ricardo and team have been extremely helpful in advising us on what exactly it is we need and what would be right for our home. With the boiler replacement, Ricardo suggested which model would be best and answered all of our many questions which has reassured us we have made the right decision. The boiler was installed very quickly (at short notice) and efficiently and is now working wonderfully! When we had no water when we moved into the place the team came round very quickly to fix it and get us up and running too. Would definitely recommend for a variety of your plumbing needs!

Came home from a Christmas holiday to find the house at 6.5 degrees (!) after the boiler went out when we were gone. Thankfully these lads were quick to answer the phone, arrived within 30mins, and had the boiler repaired (including with new parts) shortly thereafter. Top notch work and service. Will call them again next time we have a plumbing issue.

Nathan was amazing, he came out on very short notice to fix an emergency boiler issue we had experienced. He was so helpful, ran through safety checks with us and explained all aspects of his work super clearly to make sure we knew exactly what was going on. Nathan has helped me with various small issues in my flat before, and when my underfloor heating stopped working, he quickly identified the problem. He figured out that the control module was broken and replaced it with a simpler, more reliable system. This was so much better than what another company had suggested: upgrading the existing smart home system, which I found unnecessarily complicated and more expensive. Nathan is very knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and helpful all the time. He patiently answered all my questions and thoroughly checked that everything was working perfectly before he left. Our boiler had stopped working after losing water pressure, with the tap unable to open due to wear. Nathan had done a great job fixing our underfloor heating pump a few years previously so we were pleased to have him back. He came promptly, fixed the issue, and kindly showed us an additional tap we can use to top up the pressure if the problem recurs.

I had multiple plumbing issues – two leaking taps, low hot water temperature in the shower, and a stuck stop tap. Filip came within an hour and fixed everything on the spot without needing to turn off the main water supply. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. He didn’t need anything from me – after a trip to his van and a shop to get parts, he had everything required. I’ve saved his number and will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs.
