Had a pipe burst under a concrete floor, went by ratings and they weren't wrong. Arrived on time, kept me up to date with progress and fixed the leak, made minimal mess and cleaned up before they left. GREAT price for emergency (within 2 hours) call out & fix, genuinely cannot recommend enough. Thanks !

Contacted Trinity as my radiator fell off the wall and I had a very annoying dripping tap. They came out very quickly and fixed both with no fuss. Great service,polite lads and left no mess . After a lovely chat with them discussing a new bathroom,they were excellent at explaining what can done and I will be using them for my future bathroom refurb .

Would recommend without fail. Rob and the team were in with builders to help install a new boiler and hook up plumbing for a garage conversion. They were all happy to work early and late to get our job sorted and get heating back for us. All really lovely to speak with and have around. Following this we had an issue with our toilet leaking and Rob came out early on a Saturday (having been on a job late the previous night) to get it sorted as soon as possible. So good to know they're there to help and put our needs first. Thank you so much guys!

My boiler stopped working so called M T Plumbing & Heating Services, Michael came out the next morning, he checked the boiler & said the heating filter on the return pipe was blocked causing a circulation problem.He cleaned the filter & got the boiler back up & running correctly. I called in desperation when my boiler stopped working in the freezing weather and instead of coming out and charging me a fortune, I was talked through how to fix it myself. It took a few tries (all simple but I would have had no idea!) but they kept helping me and charged me nothing. I had no clue and was expecting to need to pay for a new boiler. Really helpful and professional. And restored my heat and hot water!

I have to say I think Robbie is one of a kind. True professional and very skilled at what he does. We originally called him for a random problem with our boiler. Inevitably, that problem led to another problem. Robbie wouldn’t leave until he had a solution and even called an electrician to come and get everything up and running again. His pricing is super fair and he knows his stuff … all of this with a smile on his face. Top guy! Five stars from me.

Called Oz as my central heating was not working. He made availability for the same day to help me. After I DIY diagnosed the issue as a diverter valve failure, Oz inspected the boiler and found the real issue to be a faulty thermostat. If there ever was a "leave it to the professionals" moment, it was this. I had a new Google NEST that I kept meaning to get installed so this was a sign. Oz made quick work of the installation and my central heating was back! As far as first experiences go, this was great. Cant fault Oz and I found my new go to for anything boiler related!

Eddie was referred to me by a drainage specialist following severe blockages. I contacted him a couple of months later to ask him to replace my kitchen sink and toilet. I am over 70 and he kindly advised me on the items I needed and purchased them on my behalf as I would not be able to drag them into my small flat. On the day he did the work, he and an assistant arrived at 9.30 as promised. There were a couple of complications that required some extra small items. The job was finished by 3.30 despite him having to go out and purchase the items and I was very happy with the end result. I found Eddie to be totally honest, reliable and very knowledgeable, so much so that I have recommended him to my son who owns an Estate Agency in Clapham which Eddie is willing to travel to.

I called this plumbing company when I had an emergency leak. The person I spoke to was friendly and really helpful on the telephone, an engineer arrived within 30 minutes and solved the problem within the hour, which was due to a problem with my upstairs toilet. Reasonable price, very efficient and friendly. They also cleaned up there mess which was a plus as I have had contractors leave there mess behind for myself to clean up. Highly recommend to anyone reading this. I have already recommended to a friend who needed a heating job done.

Paul installed new heated towel rail radiators in our upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, fixed a seeping radiator in the kitchen, and replaced the cartridges in the mixer tap in the kitchen. I have used Mainheat twice in the last couple of months. The first time they fixed the blockage from shower very efficiently. Today they came back with new starter Matt and the apprentice and managed to stop a leaking tap in good time and good price. Thank you Mainheat I will definitely use again if I have anymore problems.
