I had a significant water leak that “Thames water “ had picked up on. After 3 months of waiting a man came out to check the situation and the result was that it was not them. I was in a complete panic and after a friends recommendation I contacted Ferhat at this company. He came out at once like a knight in shining armour. He was amazing and quickly identified the problems and made everything safe. The following day two of his team members arrived with the necessary parts to fix the faults. I cannot thank them enough. Thoughtful, tidy experienced team.

Contacted Intersmooth to do a full re-plumb for our house earlier this year including new boiler, rads, underfloor heating in our new extension and bathroom fit. Sam attended he was very polite, friendly and respectful. It was easy to communicate with him. He took time to explore what the problem might and to explain why the underfloor heating might not be working as it should. We were left reassured.
