Boiler service was very good, had flexibility to ensure the service could be done in time for the annual check, and was on time and great customer service. Have used last two times as well and never had an issues, and happy to chat with me about all sorts including tips for boiler moving forward. Would recommend.

Fantastic, professional and very helpful company. Used them twice now. Bought a new house and water wouldn't work. They arrived quickly and resolved the problem immediately with no charge. Then had a more recent problem, which they talked me through how to fix over the phone again ni charge. Genuinely a very nice and helpful organisation who clearly put the customer first. I was so impressed with Shoosmiths when they serviced my Combination boiler. Their technician Andy was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Have just had an absolutely superb experience from Robbie and his team at Shoosmith. I had a big problem with an upstairs toilet and after a call with Robbie he was able to send over one of his engineers Andy within just a few hours to take a look at the issue and after a couple of hours was able to rectify the leak and repair it. Andy was polite and above all extremely detailed with his work. Would absolutely recommend 100%.

We used Charlie for an emergency call out and needed him to rectify a leak that occurred while works was being carried out around a radiator. Charlie was extremely professional and kept me informed every step of the way. Very happy with price, how quick he was to respond and the quality of work was faultless. Charlie was extremely responsive, coming out within an hour in the evening to look at a boiler fault that had stopped us from having heating or hot water. He diagnosed the problem, as well as ensuring we had a temporary solution for that evening. The next day he came back with a replacement for the faulty part and fixed it promptly. Great service, would use again definitely.

We had a central heating shut down. I try and use local services where possible and called Ashtead plumbing and heating. Charlie was very helpful and despite working all of Saturday, still found time to call by on his way home and diagnose the problem which was a faulty water pump. Two days later as promised on Monday morning The job was completed for less than he had estimated which was a bonus! Charlie was polite, friendly, and professional. He is a very tidy worker and it was a pleasure to meet him. Thanks Charlie, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you.

Our heating packed up on Friday, just in time for the weekend! Charlie kindly squeezed us in on Friday afternoon, after a quick assessment of the situation he told us what was needed and that he'd get the new parts ASAP. Sure enough he was back first thing Monday and replaced the broken parts quickly and efficiently. Very happy indeed. Clear explanations of everything he was doing and advice on how to make the best out of our boiler/heating system etc. Nice chap and great service!

I can´t speak highly enough of Peperharow Plumbing. We have just used them for the second time - to replace a bathroom sink and repair a radiator - and were delighted with the work undertaken. Last time they replaced a shower for us and it too has been great ever since. I find their staff responsive, professional, reliable and helpful and their charges very reasonable. I am now recommending them to my next door neighbour.

We’ve used Peperharow Plumbing a couple of times, most recently to fit two new radiators in our Victorian property. They have done a fantastic job, using their knowledge to overcome issues fitting heavy rads to our crumbling walls (!) and the service from start to finish was impeccable. Hughie carried out some work for my mother, putting in a new soak away which involved a fair bit of digging as the soak away had to be repositioned under her lawn via the patio, so the patio had to be relaid. She is thrilled with the quality of the work carried out by Hughie and also the fact that he tidied up afterwards. All in all a job very well done, so thank you Hughie.
