Have just had an absolutely superb experience from Robbie and his team at Shoosmith. I had a big problem with an upstairs toilet and after a call with Robbie he was able to send over one of his engineers Andy within just a few hours to take a look at the issue and after a couple of hours was able to rectify the leak and repair it. Andy was polite and above all extremely detailed with his work. Would absolutely recommend 100%.

Fantastic, professional and very helpful company. Used them twice now. Bought a new house and water wouldn't work. They arrived quickly and resolved the problem immediately with no charge. Then had a more recent problem, which they talked me through how to fix over the phone again ni charge. Genuinely a very nice and helpful organisation who clearly put the customer first. I have used Godalming heating and bathrooms many times, fixing broken boilers and unusable heating systems. Richard is always prompt and always tidies up well after he has finished the job. We have found them to competitive with there pricing. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone needing any heating work or bathroom fitting.

Nick recently fitted my new boiler, radiators, bathroom suite and also laid new solid wooden flooring. Nick is a swiss army knife - he's an excellent plumber, a master carpenter (He has a real eye for the small details) and a really nice bloke. He really knows his stuff and not only thinks about what he's doing on the job in hand but also the future consequences of any decisions that are being made. He discusses and explains options clearly to agree what needs to be done next together. What I was quoted was exactly what I paid and the work was done in the time agreed. If I was pushed to find a fault I'd say he's busy (Because he's good!) so can be hard to initially lock down for bigger jobs. Once the work is locked in tho - you'll be in very safe hands! I wouldn't hesitate recommending Nick to anyone that's looking for high quality work and fair / reasonable prices. 100% worth waiting an extra week or two.

Heatsource is a trustworthy and reliable company. The guys repaired my boiler by changing 2 immersion heaters and installed a limescale fighter on my central cold water pipe. The company asked me to pay the invoice online after completing the job, which I really appreciated. Great job done by James.

Having tried Swale Heating and others, the Heatsource team were the only ones that would attempt to fix my boiler given the restricted access in the cupboard that it’s in. And they fixed it first time with no hassle or quibble. Very happy with their work and the price. Will definitely use them again.

I had a really old central heating system. The thermostat failed and i couldn't get a replacement. Heatsource worked hard to find a solution to replace the control system always mindful of the cost. They replaced the system with a much more modern Tado system. The after install support was brilliant. I would happily recommend them.

I use Heatsource every year to service my boiler before the winter sets in and I cannot fault them, they are so polite and cheerful and professional, everything is done with the minimum of fuss and mess and they checked all of the radiators as well as the boiler and flue etc. I have also used them to install a new boiler and radiator and a gas cooker. They have recently been to check the boiler at my daughter’s flat that had a fault and again we could not praise them enough for their attention to detail and professionalism. I feel so happy to recommend them to anyone.

PLEASE READ I very rarely leave a reviews, however Gary of Apex Plumber is most deserving of one. Responsed quickly (I tried quite a few with no call back) he was extremely busy but managed to fit us in, diagnosed issue, slow leak from shower ( Wrongly fitted part by another plumber) Gary managed to temporarily fixed issue, so we can use shower over Christmas. Definitely one to use again for all future plumbing needs and would certainly recommend him to friends and family Thank you Gary Ann

We needed a plumber at short notice before Christmas as we were without hot water, with a 2 year old it was super important we could find a resolution quickly. We found Gary, who was able to get to us on the same day, and although couldn’t fix the issue same day was able to order the parts we needed to fix the issue within 48 hours. Gary was knowledgeable, friendly but most importantly trustworthy and was able to advise us on our system. We will be using Gary again in the new year for other services and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring plumbing services.

Boiler service was very good, had flexibility to ensure the service could be done in time for the annual check, and was on time and great customer service. Niall came highly recommended, from start to finish he was polite and professional. He kept in regular contact in regards to appointment times and even called on the day to let us know he was on his way. On the day itself Niall turned up and was able to diagnose the problem but didn't just leave, he waited to ensure everything was working correctly and explained everything to us and recommended some improvements. He followed up the next days to make sure everything was ok. We were extremely satisfied with the service and would defiantly use Niall again and would recommend him to anyone who was in need of a plumber

Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. Excellent service from Niall. Responded to our emergency call out immediately and attended on the same day. Quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Absolutely brilliant, thanks ever so much for your help! I called Khalid about a leaking copper pipe in our kitchen, he was round at our house in an hour and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. As well as the great service, he is a really nice guy and did the work for a very reasonable cost.
