John performed a miracle and installed a new bathroom for us. We are extremely happy with the results. He is really reliable, fair, trustworthy and a great communicator. I recommend him. 5 stars.

John contacted me after I was referred to him. He quickly came over to asses what exactly needed to be carried out. John then went away to do some research to ensure that the part I had already purchased was definitely the correct part as he didn't want to come do the install and discover that I had been incorrectly advised (by Honeywell) to source this particular thermostat. John then messaged me to confirm that the thermostat I had sourced would work with my existing boiler and he arranged to come do the installation. John completed the task in no time at all and kindly demonstrated the functionality of my new wireless thermostat. As mentioned in previous reviews, John is a very tidy worker ensuring that things were kept clear of debris as he went about the task. John is friendly and is clearly focused on providing a first class 6 star service to his customers. John helped us out with a faulty boiler at the 7th Heaven Studio. We were really grateful that he was able to visit us in a timely manner to check out the fault and he kept us updated with news on when the new part would be delivered/installed. He was friendly, professional, polite and reliable... and we will most definitely be using his services again when needed, as well as recommending him to our friends.

John was recommended to us by good friends, who live in his neighbourhood. We had suffered a catastrophic failure and were left without heating and hot water in early February. From the beginning John was quick to respond, friendly, informative and bent over backwards to accommodate us. Arriving the next day at 7:30am to assist. His work was quick, tidy and really efficient. Johns time keeping and communication is without fault. I felt completely at ease allowing him to work in the house whilst we both continued our day jobs. If he needed to pop out he’d text and always made sure the house was left secure. John didn’t oversell his services and honestly took all the stress out of a rubbish situation.. I would highly recommend!!

John was so polite, kind and efficient. He provided an excellent service and we felt confident in his ability to do the job. While at our property completing the job he was quiet, quick and friendly. Everything works well and was tidied up nicely. Really pleased. Will definitely be using John again in the future.
