After calling James in the morning, he arrived and fixed my boiler on the same day. He was reliable, quick and efficient in his work, as well as being transparent with costs from the beginning. What could have been a difficult and costly experienced, proved easy and affordable. On top of the repair, he serviced my boiler too! Highly recommend and will be using him again in the future.

I ask Scout Plumbing to update our bathroom and change the taps in the kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble for James and his team. Graham and Andy have just finished fitting our kitchen. They have done a brilliant job. It looks lovely and works well. They picked up on a lot of small things that weren't quite right on the plan and adjusted them so they looked good. There was a problem after it was finished and Andy came back late on a Friday afternoon and fixed it. If you are looking for a kitchen/bathroom fitter you won't go wrong with these guys.

Once we'd finally decided on the kitchen we wanted the next step was finding the right fitter, someone we could trust to bring everything together and make it a reality - in Graham we couldn't have asked for more. Having been recommended by our designer (after working on previous projects together), Graham took the time to visit us on two occasions to answer any queries we had, offer advice when asked and detailed the expected time frame and process with a fully costed quote. After also seeing examples of his previous work and reading other reviews, we were more than happy to wait a little longer to ensure he was the man for the job. Graham is a true craftsman, taking on all aspects of the build - wall removal, relocation of plumbing for sink and appliances, flooring, plastering, tiling and of course cabinetry - and applied the same attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the best possible finish was achieved to all aspects throughout the process. The work area was always left tidy, and any anomalies encountered along the way were handled seemingly without issue. The result is a space and finish that exceeds what we initially envisaged and those that have seen it since - including the designer - have all commented on the standout quality of Grahams work. We couldn't be happier and for anyone considering a similar project, recommend you contact Graham for an initial quote - we can't rate him highly enough!

Graham helped us out massively with our new kitchen. We had only been in our new property a week when he came over to quote us up and he managed to fit us in around his other jobs as we was desperate to have it done! His team of guys are also really great. Graham had to adapt some areas of the kitchen and also fitted some shelves for us which he wasn't made aware of previously, all of which was no trouble at all. He also fitted some doors for us, our new home was unfortunately not cat proof! It is now! Lee came out today as an emergency job to fix our toilet. He was fast and extremely reliable. He was honest and did a great job. Highly recommend if you need a plumber, even lets you know when he’s on his way.

I rang LDA plumbing as my sink was blocked and I couldn’t clear it. He arrived quickly and did a great job getting things moving. My pipes were blocked with years of build up which he cleared and replaced without a fuss and mess. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Lee and the team have helped me a couple of times now. First to sort out the plumbing to install my dishwasher and more recently to fix my leaky shower. They have a great attention to detail and a genuine care to give good customer service. With some services I feel a bit undermined or bamboozled but Lee and the team are personable, relatable and most importantly… they always turn up and get the job done! GHS recently replaced a shower and cubicle for me, I cant thank them enough for doing such a fantastic job. They were punctual, tidy and helped me make the best choices for the job. The suggestion of tiles was brilliant and looks amazing! I am so pleased and would highly recommend them.
