I am not a plumber and have limited plumbing knowledge. I came into the Winnall store after finding a leak at home and needed something to fix it but didn’t know what I needed! I was helped by a gentleman with a great beard (sorry didn’t catch your name) and a lovely lady both on the front desk. The man was so helpful for what was certainly not the biggest order! He took the time to give me sound advice, look at pictures I had taken of the issue and give me a few solutions. With what they sold me it took me five minutes to fix. And the plumbing jokes they gave came for free! Thank you both! Great customer service and you both deserve a pay rise! Even if you did take the pi*s that I drive a Porsche. Forgiven!
