He gave advice on fittings and products we may need as we chose and purchased everything ourselves and helped problem solve any issues we had from the products we had purchased. Nik replaced our broken boiler as an emergency as we had no hot water or heating. He kindly fitted us in and did an excellent job, was neat and tidy and very friendly.
