Plus, ensuring all was in hand and offered support throughout, which is on going. I cannot speak highly enough of the Company and will continue to use their services.

We have a NIBE F205P full electric heating boiler (we have no gas) lived with the boiler for seven years, Baxters wow many times been so lucky they have been out the same day call out and carry most parts on the van, smart van excellent knowledgeable engineers, and most important to me being a retired business person, when I call, not a receptionist (saying I know nothing) you speak immediately with one of the real Baxter's, family business and they know straight away most times the problem, when the engineer arrives to and confirms often I as said has the part on board, or gets back ASAP with the part from stock, today, for example my 06:00 AM email (no heat boiler stopped) engineer out at 10:00 fixed within minutes, no I could not do I did the usual (its a computer) reboots and put it in emergency mode, I would recommend Baxter's 100%, the firm before Baxters for a short took time days to come out and money up front, (money first not a problem to me) secretary to answer and no knowledge, that did not work for me, One very important point, in middle of winter boiler dead the owner of (Simon) Baxter's came to do a fix on a SUNDAY wow family business that would never happen anywhere else.
I am very satisfied customer with a 10 year old boiler, problems to be expected. Its been built into the property by the builders so to take too much chaos, Baxters can always mend it and have parts, and have assured my.
Oh and very reasonable costs from Baxters. Sunday call out no extra cost, that time.

Excellent company. Contacted them as my heat pump was noy working and after being ripped off by another company. Adam was extremely helpful and tried to fix the problem free of charge over the phone. A home visit was required and the friendly engineer fixed the problem, answered all my queries and tested and checked required parts of the system. All included in the callout fee which hasn’t been the case with other companies.
Great customer care and communication, would highly recommend.
