Adam has done a number of small but important jobs for us. These have included a gas boiler service where he gave clear explanations and carried out additional tests of the heating system that identified a failed expansion tank. When the central heating pump failed in cold weather, Adam came immediately and replaced the old pump quickly with one he had in his van. Excellent work; recommended.

For a year with no heating, 4 different engineers repeatedly failed to fix our boiler. Adam came in, straight away he correctly diagnosed the issue and had it up and running in no time. He was professional, punctual and a pleasure to have in the house. We are very happy to recommend him.

Rory and Dave recently fitted a new boiler and bathroom towel radiator in my home. From my first meeting with Rory, I was impressed with these guys. I’d lost confidence in my previous plumber so took a chance on Options. Let’s be honest - no one wants to spend a lot of money on a new boiler unexpectedly but Rory and Dave made the experience less painful! They are very knowledgeable, have a great relationship and despite the singing of Christmas songs ( only joking Dave ! 🎄), it was a pleasure to have them both in my home for a couple of days. I’d definitely recommend Options and without doubt, I’ll use them again in the future.

We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework. 2020 - Yet another superb bathroom from LFM! I cannot fault Rob’s service, he is always polite, tidy and honest. On time, as quoted and the finished results are, in my opinion are always better than I had expected! 2022 – As Rob did such a good job of bathroom refit, I asked him to return to do my kitchen plumbing, and he did not disappoint!
