Chris came out quickly. Looked into wether the boiler could be fixed but we soon realized the best option was a new boiler.He installed the new boiler and Discovered a gas leak this was fixed as well. When he left we had a fully working heater system which will last for a long time.

I would highly recommend David Humphrey. He was easy to contact, good to communicate with, and arrived promptly to fix a leaking valve. The necessary work was carried out well, and David was professional and polite at all times. The cost of the work was very reasonable, with David also offering (no pressure) to replace a very silted-up washer at the same time. All in all, I am very happy with the service provided.

In the past couple of years they have project managed the refurbishments of our bathroom, en-suite and cloakroom and more recently they worked as part of a team on the installation of our new kitchen. I employed Richard 's company to replace an existing shower cubicle in our en-suite, install a slider rail and shower head in the shower in the main bathroom and a couple of other minor plumbing jobs. He arrived on schedule with Sam who was actually going to do the work. Sam was very professional with his work and we were completely happy with the work that he did for us. He used dust sheets to protect our flooring and cleaned and tidied up at the end of each of the two days he was here. We would be happy to use them again.

The guys just finished refitting a main bathroom and two en-suite wetrooms. I am extremely happy with the work they have done, time will tell obviously, but I can't fault what I've seen. When Richard came to price the job he was very thorough and communicated to me options and considerations, which I appreciated. The work was carried out professionally by Richard initially, then Lewis and Joe (and Martin tiling). All the guys were very friendly, polite and considerate. Communication was good throughout via text and calls to mobiles (given they are out and about, that's probably better than via the website etc.). 5 stars for me. Highly recommended.

Very professional installation. The engineer was very neat & tidy, could tell he cared about his work. Everything you want from a contractor working in your house - like he had never been there. The price was very good too and they did not do any work that wasn't necessary. Job well done.

Quality workmanship and polite, friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had a new boiler installed, as well as a new heating system and a PV solar installation. All completed within a week, to a very good standard. Would be more than happy to put work their way in future.

Would recommend their service from start to finish, with me explaining the problem initially over the phone to an engineer coming out and fixing the leak within a few hours. Engineer was extremely professional, tidy and explained what he was doing and where the problem was. Would recommend!
