I was impressed by the professional customer service and personal care given by Joe and Chris at TND. Joe provided a prompt and friendly service in response to an emergency call out with a quick follow up repair. Chris provided a thorough boiler service and impressed me with his attention to detail. It filled me with confidence. Very satisfied. I will be using TND for any future work. I can recommend them without hesitation.

I cant rate TND highly enough. After finding my boiler was unsafe, they moved heaven and earth to get a new boiler installed immediately. I went from having my boiler shut down, to a new one installed and running in less than 24hours. Joe is very knowledgeable (and patient with crazy dogs too), he gives you as many options as possible to choose from when there is an issue and then cracks on with the task at hand.
