A first class service from start to finish. Had them to do numerous bits of work for us and they recently fitted a water softener for us and can’t fault their work. Adam was so efficient, polite and tidy completing the job. I will be using them everytime.

Heat pump installation

Paul and the team quoted me for the installation of a new heat pump to replace our old electric boiler. The work was started and all went smoothly only one small issue with a third party supplier delivering late which held up the work for a short time.
Installation was completed and the hand was really easy the heating and hot water are excellent. I cannot thank the team enough for their care and attention to our needs and aways explaining all of the processes as the work was done. On completion all the system was fully explained as the running of the heatpump system is not the same as the old boiler system. We have never been so warm and lashings of hot water.

I will have no hesitation to recommend the team too any one in the future.

We had a great experience with Humphrey & Crockett from start to finish!

Having moved into a property with an old back boiler heating system (not ideal), we contacted H&C for ideas on how to better heat our home and Paul suggested upgrading to a heat pump. We were a little skeptical about the idea of a heat pump to start with but after seeing one in action at their show home and having everything explained in detail (and doing some of our own research as we didn’t know a lot about them), it was definitely the right decision!

Carl took us through all the plans/numbers in detail and sorted the BUS grant. Installation all went smoothly, the team were really friendly and worked hard to complete it throughout one of the hottest weeks of the year. We had a couple of teething issues as we started to use it more towards winter which H&C came out and sorted, no problems.

So far the heat pump has been great, providing us with a consistently warm house (great for working from home) and all the hot water we need. All in all a really great service from H&C and we would highly recommend them.

We had a heat pump system put in after moving to our new house. We didn't appreciate how detailed the survey and paperwork would be but Carl at H&C dealt with everything very quickly and although he kept us posted, we didn't have to worry about that side of it at all.
The installation was much less disruptive than we thought and all the staff were so hardworking and pleasant.
The heating itself is fantastic. The house is always at a temperature we want (and selected). We are so pleased we had it done.
