I took a risk because I'd never used this service before but was desperately in need of a plumber. The engineer was efficient and honest, provided good workmanship and was a gentleman, too. Highly recommended.
Used for 2 jobs now, once for toilet repair and once for installation of a new radiator. Professional job done both times at a very reasonable rate. Extremely happy with the quality of work done and would recommend without hesitation.
Rick responded quickly and fitted in a couple of small jobs the next day at a reasonable price. Also gave me some very helpful advice. Would definitely use his services again
I contacted Rick about replacing a shower cubicle for a bath. He called out priced up and fitted the bath within a week. Very happy with the work that was carried out excellent service and would highly recommend.
Rick was helpful right from the start when my old boiler broke.. He was very prompt in getting back to me and in calling round to assess the situation. He gave me honest and informed advice and put me at ease. I needed a replacement boiler and Rick quoted me a really good price and also arranged his schedule to fit it ASAP as I had no hot water etc.
Rick and Lewis did an excellent job and had me back up and running in a couple of days. They were friendly and professional while they carried out the work, which I am very happy with.
I would not hesitate to hire them again or to recommend them to friends and family. 👍
