Andy at Caecillian Energy fitted our new boiler and they replaced our led water pipes outside and inside our home. They were friendly, quick, hassle free and incredibly tidy. Our dealings with the customer service team was just as excellent - highly recommend!

My water was cut off 6 days ago now and Dan and his team went what felt like above and beyond their job title to ensure my water came back on. The communication was consistent throughout this whole situation and I was continuously updated of every little stage of the process. The plumbing technicians arrived promptly and acted quickly to try and fix the problem regardless of the challenges that came ahead. I honestly could not thank them enough especially Dan and Wes !!

Boiler not working properly. No heating or hot water. Dan and his team sorted it quickly and efficiently. Dave identified the problem, reported it to Dan who sourced a new part & arranged for Chris to come and fit it. All this in a matter of hours.
