We had 2 saniflo systems put in our cellar by CTD plumbers , for a toilet and a sink. The work was done efficiently and in a friendly manner. I particularly liked the respect they had for our property. Everything was covered with dust sheets so it was kept clean. Despite it being an unpleasant job he remained professional and polite throughout. We are very happy with the final result and at a very good price. Thank you. We will definitely be using CTD plumbers again when and if required.

They are the best people we have ever had to deal with. They are kind & understanding & very knowledgeable. The batteries needed replacing so they treated that as an emergency as they knew we would panic. They are the most reliable firm & so considerate. Lee arrived promptly and serviced the boiler, gave an account of what was done. Also dealt with ‘paper work’ efficiently, leaving certificate with us.
Did mention one minor item that we should. Think about having done, asked him to organise this, said Jayne would deal with this.
