This was my first time using SDW & I am very pleased I did. First initial phone call last week I was given instruction over the phone to get my boiler back up and running - they were very patient and understanding despite being extremely busy. My second phone call today I needed someone to come out to the house, within the same day they have been out to the house and got my boiler back working within the hour. Unsure of the gentlemans name that attended however he was highly professional and did the job with ease. I will definitely be using SDW plumbing for everything moving forward. Highly recommend. Efficient, reliable & competitively priced! When British Gas told me in 2013 that they could no longer get the parts for my 30 yr old boiler I turned to SDW plumbing! For over 10yrs they serviced my boiler & kept it running! Had I changed my boiler when advised by British Gas I would have probably been on my 3rd boiler by now! House move means I will no longer need their services for my home but I could recommend this company to anyone! 😀
