I had new washing machine delivered but was unable to be installed as pipework connection needed to be upgraded. I contacted Gavin who arrived within 24 hours.He fitted a new part and took the time to install the machine and test it worked ok.He also successfully resolved a minor issue with dripping kitchen tap. Excellent communications and he came across as helpful, polite and friendly.

Gavin fitted replacement kitchen taps for me at very short notice. He did an excellent job arriving on time and the task was sorted quickly. Fully explained as he went along and no issues, and very competitively priced. Thanks to Gavin.

Gavin is very reliable and hard working, had a leaking shower tray and he replaced the shower cubicle to a very high standard and talked me through every step of the way,. I love my new shower, and wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to others. Good Job 👍

We contacted the company on Monday, and by Wednesday we had a new boiler. Excellent, efficient and value for money service. All staff were polite and did exactly what they said they would do, all turning up at the promised time. Office staff are very helpful and efficient.

When we had problems with our newly installed electric boiler due to a manufacturing error, mellor pulled out all the stops to make sure they did whatever they could to help us out in a very difficult situation. Rest assured whatever job you get done by them big or small the job will be done to the best standard possible in the end and they did not ask us to pay the installation fee until we had a working boiler! After hubby moved the gas stove out a bit to paint, we couldn't get it to light when he put it back. Lee helped us on the phone and hubby got it working very quickly. We have used Robinsons Plumb-it several times and highly recommend him.

We recently had a horrendous situation with a blocked drain leading into our septic tank. We called Drain Doctor and told Nicola about our situation and she advised us that she would have someone with us the same day to assess the problem. Liam and Asim arrived and thankfully took control. They checked everything thoroughly, including the entrance to the tank, which was clear then worked very professionally and bravely to clear the blockage. Myself and my husband had tried earlier with our own drain rods to no avail. They cleared the blockage and cleaned the area. Liam and Asim then showed me using their camera system that the drain was completely cleared. This was a massive reassurance that the problem was solved. I would definitely recommend Drain Doctor. I rang on behalf of my 80 year old mum who was having water seeping into her house through drains and plug holes. The lovely receptionist (Nicola) booked an appointment and shifted other jobs around to fit my mum in so it would be as early as they can The 2 lads turned up and were very polite, hard working and very professional. They sourced the blockage and rectified it and even reported on repairs that will need doing in the near future. Would highly recommend Drain Doctor and definitely give it 10/10. Thank you so much

The engineers arrived at allotted time. Boiler delivered at the same time as engineers. Made sure we had water for day before turning off. Surfaces covered with dust sheets. Old boiler removed and new one fitted. Pipework altered to suit new boiler. Neat work - looks like spirit level and plumb line used. All rubbish removed and areas cleaned on finishing. Paperwork filled in and controls demonstrated to me. Would definitely recommend using this firm.

It took 3 attempts to diagnose and repair to continued loss of pressure to our boiler. While it was frustrating, we must say JB Heating stuck with it and resolved the problem. In addition, not only was the engineer very polite and courteous, the admin back at the office keep us fully informed each time from booking the appointments to confirming the time of the engineer’s arrival, as well as responding with further updates. Moved into a new home and needed the boiler serviced and re back up and running as water mains had been drained and stopped off. The technician arrived on time. Work was carried out professionally quickly and friendly. Can't ask for more..

Booked in for a boiler service. Despite initial issues with the time of my booking the man did arrive at the time my appointment was changed too. (I booked a morning appointment but they called to change it to an afternoon appointment so they could be more efficient). He carried out the work quickly and to a high standard. He found an issue with the expansion vessel and said this could be fixed the following week and it was. Again the service on the second visit was fast and efficient. He cleaned up after himself on both visits and put everything back together (he had to dismantle part of the fitted wardrobe to get to the boiler). There was no mess. He brought all of his own tools (which was perfect as were moving house all of our own tools were packed away) and asked for anything extra he needed (old towels to avoid water spillage). Highly recommend and would defo use them again
