Having endured lukewarm baths for months we were recommended HIU Plumbing. I just wish we'd got them out to fix the hot water sooner! Most plumbers don't properly understand the HIU setup in new build flats, but the heating engineer who attended knew exactly what to do and is clearly a real expert. He not only fixed the water temperature issue, but improved the water pressure a lot as well. Great customer service throughout, and will not hesitate to use them again.

My heating system was playing up. Even though I had the heating turned off, my radiators was still heating. I was recommended this company through a friend. Chris was very quick on getting back to me and fitted me in the same day. He fixed the issue very quickly and professionally and cleaned up after. Thanks to Chris and his quick response and professional manner, we have been able to cope better in this heat the past few days. I will be using this company again and would highly recommend.

The issue was resolved promptly, and the schedule was even adjusted to accommodate the earlier date due to the inconvenience caused by the lack of hot water. Excellent customer service, highly recommended. 👌

After having some issues with my hot water recently that other plumbers didn't fully diagnose, the HIU Service & Repairs team were quick to book me in for an appointment, diagnose the issue and then order in the necessary parts to repair the issue.
