Just had Peter out today. I tried numerous plumbers who don’t turn up when they say they will and one who was really rude and expensive but Peter turned up within half an hour, communicated effectively, diagnosed the problem immediately (when previous plumbers didn’t) and fixed it there and then. Also, he’s actually a really nice man. Card only so nice and safe too. Thank you so much because I was getting so anxious after 2 weeks of unsuccessfully not fixing the leak!
Phoned Pete pm and arranged for am appt next day. Pete arrived on time, fitted a new part and gave info on the problem. Problem of water continually running into toilet bowl from cistern solved.
Will use again as Pete was a pleasant plumber.
I have used Peter a few times for plumbing emergencies. Excellent communication, very tidy, turns up quickly and is happy to give practical advice before he turns up to avoid a leak. I am so pleased he came highly recommended from my local plumbers merchant. I can’t recommend him enough.
We would highly recommend Pete. We have used him for a handful of plumbing emergencies the last couple of years and he's always been super quick to respond and resolve our issues (and reasonably priced too!) One of our issues was with an upstairs loo which was leaking and also making a dreasful "foghorn" noise when it flushed which he solved the same day and the other bathroom also had a leak and an old antique toilet with a wooden cistern that other plumbers were too afraid to go near. Not only did Pete fix this for us, but through a labour of love, he took it away, releaded it for us and sanded it / brought it back to life and it now looks beautiful back in the bathroom. Pete is a friendly, professional plumber and we wouldn't use or recommend anyone else. If you have an issue, you need someone there ASAP to fix it and want the job to be done right, first time. Then Pete is your man. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
