I’ve used Lee’s company a couple of times and their speed of response, quality of work and clarity of communication were all excellent. I have no hesitation in highly recommending LW to anyone.

LW Plumbing quoted for and undertook a complete renewal of our central heating and hot water system. It was a much larger job than had been indicated by other suppliers we contacted but, as they only quoted after a phone conversation we decided to proceed with a local company. The work was started promptly, every member of the large team was knowledgable, professional and friendly and worked hard. In the interests of a balanced review I would I highlight three issues: (i) Lee failed to note that one of our showers had to be replaced in order to work with the new system. The cost of the replacement was however discounted. (ii) Holes made in the plaster ceiling of a cupboard through which pipework was routed were not made good and the plaster not tidied up from the cupboard. (iii) Air continues to collect in the 'sealed' system and the pressure needs to be topped up. A follow up visit to look at this failed to resolve the issue. Hopefully it will be reviewed again and resolved during the annual maintenance visit. With the exception of the above we were generally very happy with the work and the new system is a marked improvement on what we had. It's nice to be able to use a local company and we would certainly recommend them.

Lee and his team were informative and offered great solutions for our house. The project was completed in a timely and efficient way. We appreciated the clean and polite way they did the work in our house. Very fast to come and sort a minor issue about a week after install. I'd definitely recommend the team.

I use this company every time I have a plumbing issue and not only do I get a quick response but all the engineers are polite and efficient. Came home to a broken boiler and minus temperatures. Messaged Lee at 9pm on a Friday night and everything was fixed by 9am the next day. 100% recommend. 👍🏻
