Just had a new Kitchen from Charlestown and I couldn't be happier, absolutely love it, Karen has been fantastic throughout and I would highly recommend.

Paddy at Charlestown was recommended to us after we decided to renew our main bathroom. I can not praise Paddy enough for his advice and help, he took away all the stress. He came out and measured up and then drafted a few different designs which we hadn't even thought of, we went with one of his designs and the bathroom looks great. He has a fantastic knowledge of all products and provided some 'good old fashioned customer service' which is so hard to find these days. We were so pleased with his level of service my Dad had some bathroom alterations done as well. If you need a new bathroom or just a few bits changing over I can not recommend and praise Paddy and Charlestown high enough you will not be disappointed.

Charlestown Bathrooms are a great company to deal with. I cannot rate them highly enough. From start to finish they were professional, knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Their showroom is full of fabulous ideas and the service they provide is personal and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. They helped me consider ideas that I previously hadn't thought about. They have so much product choice and access to ranges in all budgets, it's incredible. I found them great on price too. Their delivery staff were professional and respectful and their ethos of putting the customer first permeates through the whole company. They took the stress out of decision making, and I was very happy with my choices. They were flexible and I have already recommended them to friends and family several times. Thank you.

Great service and supplies and deliver exceptional products. We needed a complete new bathroom suite with tiling, they didn’t disappoint. They even moved a rather large stone bath up to the room, which was a lifesaver. They don’t fit , but they did put us in touch with somebody who did. Definitely recommend Charlestown.

Had a problem with my kitchen tap, so I visited this place for advice on how to fix it (& parts needed). Really, really helpful staff - great customer service, would highly recommend
