I've been with BCE for almost 3 years. In that time I've had 2 boiler services, 2 radiators installed and a toilet repaired. Each time Steve turned up on time and did an excellent job. Boiler installed a year ago August 2023. At this moment of writing all is well no problems.. Steve, the engineer called around to do the Annual Service, everything checked and working well. Many thanks to Boiler Cover Experts who contacted me in advance of the annual boiler service due date to arrange the visit. Steve arrived on the day and carried out the service. He was extremely pleasant, informed me as to the boiler status and left leaving no mess.
