I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!

First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

Neil was absolutely a life saver. He came the same day we called out looked at the issue and fixed it then and there. He was very polite, friendly and talked us through everything. Thankfully he was also extremely well prepared and had the part he needed so was able to leave us with a working boiler. I was also relieved that the pricing was fair. Overall excellent. I will definitely be saving his number for future use and highly recommend his services.

Neil provided a friendly and prompt service. My boiler pressure kept dropping and I asked to have a Hive heating system installed also. Both were fixed/installed with no problem. I will be asking Neil for help on any future boiler problems I may have. Thank you Neil.

Neil has been a true life saver today, we rang this morning, and he came early afternoon, and diagnosed the problem, went and bought the parts, and had sorted it within 2 hours, thinking that we would have no heating or hot water over Christmas, we are so,so grateful that Neil came out at such short notice and got it all going again. I found and contacted Neil less than a week ago and he arranged a fitting for my new Hive heating box. He came on time and fitted the machine in less than 40 minutes , he was lovely nice to talk to and did a great job! He will now be my permanent plumber :) thanks again Neil really happy.

The guys from Peak came to my rescue today and fitted my cooker, very knowledgeable and professional . the guys came to fix someone else`s cowboy work and found the cause of the problem fast and put it right. Rob at Peak Plumbing went out of his way to help us over the phone first thing this morning when we had a plumbing emergency and then came to our house only an hour later. He checked the situation, gave us great advice then came back again later on with all the tools he needed to get the job done. He made sure he stayed until he fixed the pipe and even cleaned up as well. Professional, helpful, and a thoroughly nice bloke. Cannot recommend them higher!

Rob and Dan came to fit my new ideal boiler and hive thermostat today. The job was to remove the old boiler and replace it with a new one in a new location. Both the guys are extremely professional. The install is amazing we couldn’t be happier with it. They are super easy to get on with and made the whole process very easy with very little disruption. The job was booked in good time and we were very happy with the competitive price and their advice on products was spot on. They have left my property warm clean and ready for the next 7 years (at least) of trouble free heating. Highly recommended 10/10

Found Andy though google maps. Looking for a plumber in the area. We started getting water dripping though the ceiling. At first I thought it was a pipe that was blocked. I then traced it back to a bath tap leaking. Seal had gone. Phoned Andy around 5pm and he said he would come over in the hour. Sent Andy some photos of the leak and he told us what was needed and the cost. Came round in the hour. The job was done within 30 mins. Could not fault the service and price. Top guy. My water was cut off 6 days ago now and Dan and his team went what felt like above and beyond their job title to ensure my water came back on. The communication was consistent throughout this whole situation and I was continuously updated of every little stage of the process. The plumbing technicians arrived promptly and acted quickly to try and fix the problem regardless of the challenges that came ahead. I honestly could not thank them enough especially Dan and Wes !!

We'd definitely recommend Lewis. We needed a new boiler and some work done to the existing radiators - he came and spent time with us discussing what options would work best for us - no pressure, and in fact he suggested more economical ways of doing things. The quote was very fair, he came when he said he would, left our flat immaculate (you really wouldn't have known they'd been) and made sure we knew how to work everything. I don’t make a habit of leaving reviews for goods and services received, unless of course the experience was outstanding. Furse choice plumbing beat my other quotes hands down. Also, surprisingly, they could undertake the works I required within the coming week. On the day, a very professional looking gent arrived at my house bright and early and proceeded to discuss the work to be done, made valid suggestions and talked me through what would happen in my house over the next 2 days. This pleased me immensely, rather than just arriving and cracking on leaving us guessing time frames etc. This was important to me as my partner and I could plan meal times, showers etc. The work consisted of a replacement boiler, wireless thermostat, fitment of a tall (and very heavy) radiator, and the relocation of two radiators to elsewhere in the house. The work was carried out swiftly with minimum disruption, all work areas and walkways were protected and kept clean. As the job drew to an end everything including paperwork was explained and highlighted. I received an e-mail the next morning with all guarantee and service obligations attached. Overall it was the best interaction with a tradesperson I have had in many years. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing and heating needs. The chap who carried out my works was named Matthew, he was a very polite and knowledgeable young man. He worked efficiently with top levels of cleanliness which was important for me. Give this small business a try, You won’t regret it.

I had an amazing experience with this company! Firstly my husband vetted several firms for a new boiler in our home. My husband felt Matthew really knew his stuff when he visited to provide a quote and additionally, he was most reasonable with the quote he provided back so it made sense to go with him. Then my parents needed a new boiler which meant an overhaul of taking out a single heating system and replacing with a combi boiler. He gave us options and explored the easiest way to do it. This was in the middle of winter and my mum and dad were without any heating. He communicated with us and really took on board the needs of my parents who are elderly and vulnerable. I can honestly say I am blown away at the service Matthew provided. He’s a really lovely guy and went above and beyond. He is very conscientious in his work, tidy and thorough. You can tell he loves his job and wants to do the best for his customers. He also helped source other tradesmen for things he spotted they also needed doing which were on my to do list, as well as project managing the new installation to perfection. Without a doubt I would recommend Matthew’s company- an excellent service and all-round lovely guy!
