I had an amazing experience with this company! Firstly my husband vetted several firms for a new boiler in our home. My husband felt Matthew really knew his stuff when he visited to provide a quote and additionally, he was most reasonable with the quote he provided back so it made sense to go with him. Then my parents needed a new boiler which meant an overhaul of taking out a single heating system and replacing with a combi boiler. He gave us options and explored the easiest way to do it. This was in the middle of winter and my mum and dad were without any heating. He communicated with us and really took on board the needs of my parents who are elderly and vulnerable. I can honestly say I am blown away at the service Matthew provided. He’s a really lovely guy and went above and beyond. He is very conscientious in his work, tidy and thorough. You can tell he loves his job and wants to do the best for his customers. He also helped source other tradesmen for things he spotted they also needed doing which were on my to do list, as well as project managing the new installation to perfection. Without a doubt I would recommend Matthew’s company- an excellent service and all-round lovely guy!

I had a number or radiators relocated and additional radiators installed. Matt was a very knowledgable and professional individual, it was nice to see a trade person actually bring a hover and clean up after themselves. Will be definitely using him for annual boiler service.

Matt is extremely skilled & professional in his work. He started work exactly when he said, worked hard, and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. Our job was minor compared with most of his work, but we would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone, & will definitely ask him back for further work when we need it. What a nice man !

I don’t make a habit of leaving reviews for goods and services received, unless of course the experience was outstanding. Furse choice plumbing beat my other quotes hands down. Also, surprisingly, they could undertake the works I required within the coming week. On the day, a very professional looking gent arrived at my house bright and early and proceeded to discuss the work to be done, made valid suggestions and talked me through what would happen in my house over the next 2 days. This pleased me immensely, rather than just arriving and cracking on leaving us guessing time frames etc. This was important to me as my partner and I could plan meal times, showers etc. The work consisted of a replacement boiler, wireless thermostat, fitment of a tall (and very heavy) radiator, and the relocation of two radiators to elsewhere in the house. The work was carried out swiftly with minimum disruption, all work areas and walkways were protected and kept clean. As the job drew to an end everything including paperwork was explained and highlighted. I received an e-mail the next morning with all guarantee and service obligations attached. Overall it was the best interaction with a tradesperson I have had in many years. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing and heating needs. The chap who carried out my works was named Matthew, he was a very polite and knowledgeable young man. He worked efficiently with top levels of cleanliness which was important for me. Give this small business a try, You won’t regret it.

Full boiler replacement from a conventional to a combi boiler. Matt has done an amazing job, he kept me up to date with the progress each day and did a lovely clean and tidy job. One of the best tradesmen I have used and I’d defo recommend to everyone
