Last week Billy came to service our boiler and open fire. He was polite and professional. He also explained to me what he had done. He cleaned the open fire well after servicing it. We had used HEH for years and they always quick to respond. Communication, services and standard are always excellent. Pricing is always reasonable. I will definately recommend them.

Just had a boiler replacement to a new one. Great service very professional. Dylan and Jack the engineers who did the job where polite hardworking and tidy. Louise who we dealt with in the office dealing with the service plan and payment is just as pleasant.

We have used HEH for our boiler service for a number of years and have always been pleased with their service, communication and pricing. When our boiler finally gave up earlier this year, we contacted HEH and they came out that day, and then scheduled in fitting a new boiler and radiators quickly and at a good price. The work has now been completed and we are really happy. The team arrived on time, were polite and professional, and tidied up after themselves. The office team are always helpful and polite on the phone, and I'd be more than happy to recommend the company.

Can't recommend HEH highly enough. Had a new boiler fitted today, Dylan and Jake were very efficient and courteous,their work was clean, tidy and kept me informed. Arrived on time as arranged. We had a non urgent minor issue with our central heating that resulted in cold spots in the house. I phoned the HEH office about 9.30 this morning to request for an engineer to call. By 11.30 he had been and rectified the matter! As is always the case, no matter which engineer comes, they are invariably polite, efficient, excellent communicators and cheerful!
