I've used Deakins for a few years now. They give great service and have really helped me with my heating system and underfloor heating. I am writing the review after a recent visit by Muzz who did a great job to repair a fault at short notice. Very friendly and professional service. Much appreciated as always.

Tom & Mikey did an excellent and very professional job replacing 4 consumer units with one state of the art box and installed an EV charging unit. All done inside a day and kept me appraised of progress throughout. Very clean too - excellent job.

From start to finish our experience has been a positive one. From Chris coming to quote to Neil doing the installation of the new boiler. Neil was brilliant! He was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. He was happy to answer any questions. His standard of work is a credit to him. Precise and neat. Obviously Neil has pride in his work which we appreciated very much. The site of the work was left so clean and tidy too. You wouldn't have known he'd been there. A huge thank you to Neil and all the team at Deakins.

The company representative was well presented, made all efforts to protect our property prior to starting, was thorough, communicated throughout the installation, did a really good job installing our new boiler, explained the controls, cleaned up and left with little impacts other than a lovely new boiler. We are very thankful for the professional and efficient works 👍

Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

If I could give 20 stars, I would! Our boiler broke down on Friday evening, with temperatures outside hovering around 0 degrees. I reached out to Paul on Saturday, and by noon on Monday, we had a brand-new boiler up and running. The team did an incredibly neat and professional job. I highly recommend their services!

Very impressed by the extremely high standard of Paul’s work and for his complete honesty ! We had already agreed a price for a new boiler replacement by telephone but on inspecting the offending leaking boiler on the morning after my initial call Paul declared that the fault could be repaired for a fraction of the cost. Jack came out on Sunday to have a look at my grandads boiler which had stopped working. Under a quick investigation found that it needed to be replaced as the heating element had split and was leaking water. He quoted me for a new boiler and came out on Tuesday to fit it. Boiler is now up and running. No issues found at all. I would highly recommend these lads to anyone and I will definitely be using them again. Very prompt response especially on a Sunday and they were on time. Very professional and did a great job.

I needed a replacement tap/shower head in my bathroom. I called and he instantly picked up. I sent over photos and he fitted them the next day, took less than 30 minutes. I am very happy and would use their services again.

First time I've used this company and I was very impressed. Told Craig my issue with the boiler and he was round within a few hours, he identified the issues immediately and explained clearly what needed to be done. A small part had to be ordered, after keeping in touch he returned the next day to complete the job to a high standard and a very reasonable price. Called at almost 5pm when some DIY resulted in a leak behind a radiator. Without hesitation he said he would head right over. Really friendly and was able to fix the problem quickly and made sure a proper job was done. Pricing was really fair especially for an emergency call out. Would 100% recommend

Joe came same day (within a few hours) to fix a leak to my toilets waste pipe. He got straight to work and replaced an aspect to my waste pipe. He was super professional and didn’t mind a chat whilst doing it. Very down to earth and honest person. The price was very reasonable and my issue was fixed quickly. He tided up everything at the end you would never tell there ever was a leak! I’ve already recommended him to family because it’s so hard to find a decent plumber who won’t charge you the earth and has a quick response time. Jordan serviced my boiler (which he installed last year) also reset the auto thermostat and resolved a problem with the kitchen rad. Big thanks to Simon and the team. From the first design conversation to completion of the full bathroom renovation in 7 weeks - never thought it could be so simple. The team made it straightforward and managed everything from measuring, picking fixtures/fittings, rip out to rebuild (including painting). Would highly recommend and definitely work with them again. We've used Ste in the past to change taps, but it's good to have a reliable plumber on hand. He came today on time to replace the electric shower unit. We changed Triton to Triton as he advised this was preferable due to the piping. Triton recommends replacement units and he fitted it within a few hours. He tested the unit, tidying up after himself and applying silicone to a hole exposed through the switch. He luckily had availability within a week of contacting him and his pricing was competitive with Tritons own pricing for replacement.

Steve replaced our electric shower and sorted a leaky toilet. He was quick, efficient and clean. Would recommend

Rang Stephen this morning, last night we noticed water dripping from the ceiling under the bathroom. He was able to come out later in the morning. Found out what the problem was after managing to remove the bath panel which was a problem in itself. He explained everything before he started the work and tested it after to make sure everything was ok. He left leaving everything clean and the old pipe which he had replaced.

Steve came to do quite an urgent job for me of capping some pipes before some other work could be completed. He was able to come at a specific time to work around this which was much appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout. Steve was on time and very professional. I'm extremely happy with the work done, price was competitive and everything was left clean and tidy. I have already booked him in to do some other jobs (new radiator and service our boiler). Highly recommended.
