First class service. Came out within 24 hours and quickly identified the issue with my boiler. They were able to order a part and fix the same day. Will definitely use again if required.

The service visit was carried out within a few days with a further visit to renew a component , the engineer was friendly , efficient and helpful . The follow up invoice was detailed and professional . A good experience .

I had a problem with my boiler [ heating ok but no hot water ]. Within about 1 and a half hours of phoning Haigh and son, the engineer came and fixed the problem.May I also say that the lady who answers the phone has a terrific manner and is extremely helpful.

The guys came on time,explained what they were going to do,did it with minimum fuss,tidied up afterwards. Job well done ,as usual.
